Rotary International, the world's oldest service club organization, started by Chicago attorney Paul Harris in 1905, is made up of over 32,000 clubs in 168 countries. 
     Its 1.2 million men and women members form a global network of business and professional leaders who volunteer their time and talents to serve their communities and the world. 
     Through their Clubs and 529 Districts in the world, they carry out humanitarian programs that address today's challenging issues, such as hunger, poverty, illiteracy, and the eradication of polio, the disease that has crippled millions of people.

The Bethany Rotary Club meets every Thursday at 12:00 noon at the BTC community center. The Bethany Rotary Club strives to be active in the community. Members of the Bethany Rotary Club adhere to The Four-Way Test in there business and personal lives.
